With everyone stuck at home getting out and walking daily is a new thing for some and for others it has become a great form of exercise! This class will get you ready for moving outside during this stay at home time.
All participants welcome and no equipment is required besides an open space to move around in. Make sure you have comfortable clothes to exercise in so your movements are not limited!
