Balance and Posture are key to all of us, and especially important now that we are home all the time.
This class is perfect for anyone working from home, wanting to work or improve their balance and learn to maintain the two parts together in daily activities.
Class will cover exercises in Chair & Standing, it is a light workout, and great for people who can’t get on/off the floor easily!
