The Progress area is where you go to track and view your fitness progression, using the simple input tools such as the Programme recording and Daily food register you can keep the system aware of your workouts, food and performance tests.
All your recording information is then analysed and represented in easily digestible Charts.

Performance Testing provides a powerful way of tracking your progression, you simply perform the specified exercise tests, record the specific times and levels of the exercises, then input them in M3PT; where you can then see a effective Performance Tracking stats, see clearly how well you have improved.
