The sports bag assists in keeping track of your equipment; your equipment requirements are integrated into the Programme area so M3PT can provide you with an appropriate programme. You can follow our advice or swap exercises to what suits you best.

Keep your self motivated by recording your Goals and Reasons for keeping fit, we all have them and just like the Personal Objectives they change over time.
Performance testing is a powerful way of seeing how your fitness levels are progressing, M3PT provides you with professional performance tracking, your progress recorded is then displayed in easily digestible Charts so you can immediately see your progression and motivate yourself to keep it up. Your day-to-day performance is monitored and we will offer support and ideas or congratulations where needed.
