M3PT won't leave you with the same exercises week in, week out. Exercising
with the same routine quickly loses its benefit as parts of the body become
fatigued and it gets boring too!
M3PT's expert knowledge keeps your workout
changing every six weeks to maximise the benefit to your body. As you would
expect from Personal Training, your programme will move with your progress;
the feedback from your self assessments will tell us what exercises you are
ready for next and you can always swap exercises out for others in your
programme area if you prefer.
